Terms of Service
These terms cover how you use MicroJob Africa Technologies — finding jobs and micro tasks, discovering courses to learn from, and helping test games.

1. What this platform is
MicroJob Africa Technologies is a digital platform where people discover jobs, micro tasks, valuable courses to learn, and opportunities to help test games before they launch. It also runs a marketplace for digital products.
We provide access to what is available. We are not your employer, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with an employer, a course provider, or a seller you meet through the platform.
2. Your account
You need one account, in your own name, with a working email address and phone number. One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your password private, and for everything done from your account.
The country you choose at sign-up is permanent. It sets the currency you see and how your phone number is validated, and it cannot be changed afterwards. Your name, phone number and photo can be changed once every seven days.
We may suspend an account that is being used for fraud, that submits false work or proof, or that belongs to someone operating more than one account.
3. Jobs and micro tasks
Each listing says what it asks for and what proof, if any, is needed. Before you can take on work that runs on a social platform, you must have saved a link to your public profile there in your settings — a username alone is not enough, because the work has to be checkable.
Proof is checked before anything is approved, usually within 24 hours. Where an activity carries a reward, it is credited on approval.
Proof must be your own genuine work. Edited screenshots, work done by someone else, or proof recycled between activities will be rejected, and repeated attempts will suspend the account. A rejected submission is not paid and tells you why.
Availability varies. A particular job, micro task, or opportunity may be limited in number, restricted to certain countries, or withdrawn at any time.
4. Courses to learn
The platform lists valuable courses and learning resources you can take to build skills. We show you what is on offer and point you to the provider — the content, schedule and outcome are theirs, not ours.
Check the description and conditions of any course before you sign up. We are not responsible for what a course provider delivers.
5. Help test games
From time to time the platform invites members to try out games early and share feedback. These are tests, not finished products, and rewards come only when we say so. Your feedback helps improve the experience for everyone.
6. What will get an account closed
- More than one account per person.
- Faked, borrowed or reused task proof.
- Automated tools used to complete tasks or claim rewards.
- Referral rings created to farm commission from accounts that are not real people.
Where an account is closed for any of these, any unpaid rewards tied to the behaviour in question may be withheld.
7. Closing your account
You may ask us to close your account at any time through support.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced through the notifications in your account. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
